Temperament, Suitability and Purpose

Tanglewood Park ponies, have been carefully selected on breeding for temperament, suitability and purpose. Ponies from our stud can be found interstate, in the show ring, ridden by some of Australia’s best riders, splashing through the shallows at one of our ocean beaches with multiple riders, or generally providing fun for children. When purchased from our stud as youngsters or mature ponies, they usually become a long time member of the choosing family, whether adults or children. Lovely ponies with a companion temperament providing pleasure with safety has been and continues to be our stud plan. Although we have used the best imported bloodlines in our breeding program, the resulting progeny must be a source of pride and trust in ownership for our clients.
